The Client Services Associate works closely with clients and vendors to coordinate finish selections (wood, tile, etc...) for high-end properties. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of delivering a five-star customer experience. Making sure clients feel supported and cared for as they move through the custom homebuilding process is key! This role also requires strong communication and documentation skills, diligence in managing time-sensitive processes involving multiple parties, and a desire to take the initiative when it comes to the administrative work that supports the more external-facing aspects of the job.

The Client Services Associate connects clients and their Interior Designers with vendors, construction personnel and the rest of the team at the office. Buildertrend construction management software is used to plan and coordinate projects, and in this role you will onboard and assist clients in communicating through the platform, in addition to using it yourself to set up virtual selection templates, manage client-related documents, work towards the creation of a robust digital sample library. You will also be responsible for reviewing timelines, change orders and purchase orders, and making sure that all client selection information is current and accurate. Previous experience with with database and project management software is preferred.
