At House Of Hounds, we prefer long term crew members & value the relationships we build together, both with our 4-legged and 2-legged clients. We also value a Paws-ITIVE & can-do attitude and are willing to train the right people in group play canine behavior. There are a variety of shifts available & applicants need to be able to work weekdays as well as weekends. Shifts can start as early as 5am and end as late as 9pm both weekdays & weekends. *Weekend & Holiday availability is a MUST since that’s when our 4-legged friends rely on us the most* Responsibilities: Good communication skills, pro-activeness, teamwork, willingness to learn a Paws-ITIVE attitude. Other responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, dog walks or hikes, baths & other tasks associated with the care of dogs. Applicants must be able to work in a team environment to safely care for dogs in a group setting. Dogs need constant supervision, care & attention. Applicants must be able to multi-task in a chaotic or loud environment & will be expected to learn each dog’s personalities, behaviors, and what techniques works best for each individual dog.
