Woodlawn Cemetery is currently searching for a qualified candidate for the role of Administrative Assistant. In this full-time role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for:
Reception/Phones (experience answering multi-line phone system)
Front door ambassador to greet families
Filing
Contract entry, accurate and timely recording of data
Process and track merchandise orders
Maintain office supply inventory
Assist with preparation of Word and Excel documents and reports.
Invoicing
Other duties as assigned
This is a highly visible position to our client families. Professional demeanor and work ethics are critical to this position. Ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office operations.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of fast paced work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products required.
