Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Services / Digital Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to help manage and nurture existing client accounts and orders, assisting with digital marketing efforts (including graphic design and social media management), and a variety of other sales and admin related tasks. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary client service point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
Conduct regular client meetings alongside account managers to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss new opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and advertisements.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and ensure brand consistency.
Maintain a high standard of quality and deliver designs within agreed-upon timelines.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and schedule social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and content creation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software such as Canva.
Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Comfortability with communicating directly with clients to provide service and support, both verbally (phone) and via written communication (email).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
