Position Summary
Responsible for providing customer satisfaction by efficiently taking calls for service and dispatching qualified service requests to the proper drivers through determining factors such as location and account specific requirements. Set appropriate ETAs and prioritize jobs as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve Company and Location goals and quotas
Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction.
Assign and dispatch calls to appropriate drivers
Take Calls from customers, accounts and auto clubs and enter into a computerized software
Clear calls using a computerized system
Use a computerized system to access information
Coordination of calls and drivers and locations
Give calls to other locations when out of area
Review data received via telephone, internet, e-mail and/or fax for accuracy
Set and monitor and provide ETA's given to ensure customer satisfaction
Relay data to drivers accordingly
Communicate with staff, customers, clients from various auto clubs
Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Tasks must be prioritized
Other duties as assigned.

Experience with Microsoft Office/ Computer Knowledge
Experience working in a call centre an asset
Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
Detail oriented with a dedicated work ethic
Ability to read maps and a vast knowledge of city - geographical skills
Mechanical knowledge is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
