Job Description: We are currently seeking a part-time Sales Intern to join our dynamic team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, helping clients discover and acquire their dream land property.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and building client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Availability to work part-time, approximately 2 hours per day, with flexible scheduling.
Be willing to use your personal facebook marketplace account to promote our properties. Facebook marketplace is one of the most powerful tools to sell real estate and is key to generate leads.
