POSITION SUMMARY
The Aimsir Distilling Co is an award-winning Portland Distillery, which opened in December of 2020. We are a small but steadily growing company and looking for someone who can join us and/or work independently at Farmer’s Markets throughout Oregon.
As a member of the Farmers Market, you will provide operational and sales support. This includes set up/tear down equipment, conduct sales and services to shoppers, and work collaboratively with fellow staff to ensure the event runs smoothly. Successful members approach work with a positive, team-minded attitude and are able to be perform tasks in outdoor environments with a consideration for timeliness.
SCHEDULE WORKING CONDITIONS
Schedule: Varies upon market, season, and weekend
Weekly Hours: Approximately 0 – 12 hours week, primarily weekends
Location: Portland Farmers Market, Hood River Farmers Markets, Bend Farmers Markets, etc.
This is a physical, public facing, outdoor job. This position requires the ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, step up and down from heights or uneven terrain, set up canopies and carry large boxes, work on your feet for extended periods, and walk over uneven terrain. Markets operate outdoors year-round, and working conditions may include: rain, wind, hot and freezing temperatures.

Sales and Service
• Conduct at-market sales and customer service-related activities
• Maintain supportive relationships at Markets
• Provide information to shoppers about Aimsir Distilling Emerald Room
Team Participation
• Work collaboratively to improve and expand efficiency of work
• Contribute to the inclusivity of our markets and work environment by building positive relationships
• Assist with marketing, sales, and promotion

• Valid OLCC Food Handlers License
