Kismet Bagels is looking for people join our team! Please note, we do not specifically require bagel/baking experience, but experience in a production setting is a must.
We pride ourselves on making delicious and high-quality bagels on a large scale, as well as incredible cream cheese and want people in our crew who take pride in what they do. Each person plays such an important role in making sure we’re putting out the best food possible!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: AM Production Crew Members
First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is excited about working on a large scale production line. This is a fast-paced environment that is constantly growing and evolving and becoming better than we were the day before.
Our Production crew does it all: AM Bakes for our Bagels, produces our various cream cheese spreads, and makes all of our dough for our entire business that get sent to our own Bagel Shops in Fishtown and Rittenhouse Sq, and Farmers Markets. This position involves working with large mixers, referencing precise recipes and using scales, working with Ovens, and working with the bagel machine to produce and place bagels on boards/into our walk in fridge. Lastly, occasional help with receiving deliveries is needed. Being able to lift at least 50 pounds is required. The weekday shifts are 3am-11am, and Weekend shifts are 2am-9am, and we work seven days per week. While no one will work all 7 days, please have open availability for scheduling purposes.
