Vertica Fitness is on the hunt for a dynamic, charismatic Vertical (Pole) Fitness Coach or Pole Instructor to join our powerhouse team! As a coach at Vertica Fitness, you'll be leading our students to new heights as they learn to embrace their strength, beauty and grace on the pole.

Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver our carefully curated curriculum at the highest level of standard
● Design and deliver pulse-pounding pole fitness classes that will have our clients soaring
● Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients of all skill levels and body types
● Provide personalized instruction and feedback to help clients reach their fitness goals
● Continuously educate yourself on new pole fitness techniques and safety measures
Qualifications:
● A burning passion for pole fitness and a commitment to body positivity
● Excellent teaching and communication skills
● Current certification in pole fitness instruction (or willingness to obtain certification)
● Knowledge of proper technique and safety measures
● Experience with choreography and performance is a plus
Coach Tasks:
● Prepare the studio before their class begins
● Show up on time
● Be properly dressed: Wear a Vertica shirt/tank/top to and from the studio. Wearing during instruction is not required.
● Instruct clients on proper technique of pole fitness through the Vertica curriculum
● Teach classes assigned to them on the schedule or find an available, qualified substitute
● Plan lessons that challenge and interest clients, adhere to the Vertica curriculum and conform to safety standards
● Take and record attendance of each class
● Sell or upgrade memberships
● Sell or oversee items sold in the boutique
● Conduct room/studio closing procedures at the end of their shift
● Attend team meetings and trainings when scheduled or work with management if not available
● If booked: Teach private lessons in a professional manner that meets or exceeds the expectations of the client booking the lesson.
● If booked: Conduct parties in an upbeat, entertaining and professional manner
● Substitute teach for any class that needs a substitute that is within their availability
● Support the other Vertica team members and Management
● Pass / Verify clients’ moves, when appropriate, so students can advance when they meet the requirements
● Provide customer service to clients while at the studio
● Adhere to Franchise requirements, as provided by Management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
