Design Toscano, a multi-channel marketer of Home and Garden Décor, has positions available for a Call Center Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate will support the company’s mission of providing outstanding service to our customers.

We are looking for individuals that have experience in customer service, sales and or retail. Reporting to our Call Center Supervisory team, this individual will work in a fast-paced environment and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Good Communication skills (both verbal and written in English)

Detail orientated with excellent follow up

Must be proficient with Data Entry

Proper telephone etiquette

Position Description:

This is an entry level position with potential for growth.

- Responsibility includes taking incoming calls from customers who wish to place an order or have questions regarding a product or an order already placed.

- Data entry of orders and catalog requests (training will be provided on our in-house order entry system).

- Perform other duties as required by the call center supervisor.

- P/T Position - 3 to 4 weekdays from 12:00 – 7:00 pm and two Saturdays per month

- F/T Position – Monday thru Friday with rotating Saturdays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

- Salary review will be conducted after 30 days of employment.
