Massage Therapist
Mindset PT is seeking a professional and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our integrated health team. Massage therapy has become an invaluable service in our community, and due to high demand, we are looking to expand our offerings. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional massage therapy services to our valued clients, utilizing a variety of techniques to address their specific needs and concerns.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health histories and conditions to ensure safe and effective treatment plans.
Deliver customized massages that promote relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
Collaborate with other members of the integrated health team to provide holistic and comprehensive care to clients.
Stay informed about current research, trends, and developments in the field of massage therapy to enhance treatment outcomes.
Uphold high professional standards, including adherence to ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality.
Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through ongoing education and self-improvement.
Qualifications:
Current and valid state license as a Massage Therapist (LMT).
Proven experience providing exceptional massage therapy services, preferably in a wellness or integrated health setting.
In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage.
Strong assessment and communication skills, with the ability to understand clients' specific concerns and tailor treatments accordingly.
Commitment to maintaining client safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout each session.
Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' schedules.
Genuine passion for holistic well-being and a desire to positively impact clients' lives through the power of touch.
