The Connect Clinic is a specialized pediatric medical practice dedicated to children with learning, behaviour and mental health challenges. We aim to bridge kids and their families with the psychological, school and medical resources they need.

We are looking for a medical receptionist/administrator to be the face of our company; a friendly person to talk to over the phone, to greet patients in clinic, to book appointments and to organize patient charts and office documents.

If you are a friendly, outgoing, highly organized administrator with great attention to detail, this might be the job for you!

Job Duties:

Front desk reception (incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, greeting patients in person)
Booking medical appointments (using MedAccess EMR) for physician and nurse
Faxing, filing and organizing confidential patient files and general office documents
Helping create (design, print, copy) patient handouts
Ordering office supplies
Light tidying (sweeping, watering plants)

Job Qualifications

United States citizen
Proficiency in English
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience a must
Experience in MedAccess EMR a definite asset
