We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as answering phones, filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, Accounts Payables and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Greet and assist visitors.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Provide customer service support.
Well versed with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
