We are looking for a Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and fashion, excellent customer service skills, and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers select the perfect pieces of jewelry, providing product knowledge, ensuring that all sales are processed accurately and efficiently, and overseeing daily operations. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

The store manager will manage daily operations to achieve sales goals and profit objectives. They are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store.

Provide excellent customer service.
Be knowledgeable about jewelry and gemstones.
Greet customers and answer their questions about jewelry.
Maintain the display cases and keep them organized.
Assist in the ordering of new jewelry pieces.
Maintain records of sales and inventory.
Ability to supervise others to achieve results.
Maintain a professional work environment and addressing associate relations issues appropriately.

Salary: $46,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
