Our PickUp USA Sales Manager ensures the club facility, and all club team members are equipped to provide the best possible member and team member experience that ultimately contributes to the club's financial success. This position is responsible for communicating and upholding all PickUp USA brand initiatives and policies and will lead by example to deliver on the PickUp USA Fitness Mission, Vision, Values and Brand Standards, enabling a best-in-class member-centric environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
Drive sales and achieve store-level revenue targets
Recruit, refer, train, develop and nurture friendly and inclusive team members to support needs of members
Periodic rotation of performing in the role of Operations Manager
Some travel required
All other duties as assigned
