We are looking for a call center representative to join our busy plastic surgery office.

The Aesthetic Surgery Centre is a select group of dedicated medical service professionals committed to maintaining a “center of excellence” in surgical procedures and patient care. Our objective is to provide exceptional cosmetic and restorative surgery, excellent aesthetic enhancements through skin care therapies, and personalized administrative services; all delivered within a professional and caring environment.

Primary Duties

Answering telephones, assists callers, route calls, and/or delivers messages to appropriate staff. Responsible for patient scheduling, registration, obtaining patient referrals if necessary and confirming all patient appointments. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
3+ years of Customer Service experience
Contact Center experience
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening skills with the ability to demonstrate understanding of the customer’s needs
Strong problem solving
Patience and empathy
Positive attitude with a customer-service orientation
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
Able to use effective and probing questioning and listening techniques to identify customer needs
Curious, confident, and driven to find solutions to customer issues
Able to learn and work independently and exhibit ownership as well as in a team environment
Job Type Full-time

Pay $18.00 - $20.00

Physical / Mental Requirements

May be required to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours. Occasional lifting required up to 25 pounds. Climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, and kneeling activities required. Vision acuity required for reading. Color vision for working with color-coded charts. Fingering abilities necessary for use of keyboard, office machines, and filing. Must be able to communicate verbally in a clear and concise manner for telephone usage and one-on-one with clients and staff in the clinic setting. Hearing acuity essential for telephone usage and one-on-one personal contact with patients, public and staff.
