Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with brides, mothers and bridesmaids to celebrate this special life moment and help them find the dress of their dreams
Provide an exceptional experience for every bride, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride and her entourage
Build relationships with clients through follow up from their first appointment to the wedding day
Communicate effectively politely, and with enthusiasm to emails, texts, phone calls and social media interaction in a timely and professional manner
Provide insight on bridal styles, accessories, customization questions, rush options, alterations options, etc
Utilize multiple software systems to create quotes, make appointment notes, build orders, stay on top of workflow,
Assist in Try-On Gown appointments from the first consultation until their beautiful gown has arrived
Maintain and organize the bridal gowns and accessories
Participate in maintaining store style, organization and cleanliness standards by keeping the boutique, bridal suites, back office and restrooms clean and tidy
Create content for social media platforms
Participate in bridal expos and assist during styled shoots
Commitment to teamwork
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Mandatory Saturdays (Tuesday thru Saturday)

Qualifications
Although Bridal and/Sales Experience is preferred but not required, this is a sales career. Must like working with the public. Someone who does not need a push to work hard, can stay busy, multi-task, adapt easily to change, go with the flow and is not easily shaken. We are looking for upbeat, energetic and naturally happy people who take initiative and have pride in their work. Someone who knows their job description but doesn't mind stepping in to help when the environment calls for more.
