Brightfish Label is a digital label printer, located in Largo, FL. We are a small, growing company that offers a fast-paced, but casual work environment. We have an immediate opening for a part time admin assistant.

The admin assistant’s job responsibilities are:

• Update and generate final invoices for delivery to customers
• Miscellaneous filing and data entry
• Assist customer service and sales staff with other tasks, as needed

Job requirements for the admin assistant position:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have strong math skills
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Must have strong computer proficiency and be able to work with new software
• Experience with Accountedge or other accounting software preferred, but not required

Additional details about the position:

The position will require around 15-20 hours per week. The specific hours will need to be filled on first shift, but can be flexible throughout the week. There could be an opportunity for an expanded role in the company for the right candidate, if interested. Pay is hourly, negotiable, and based on skills and previous experience.
