RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair fixtures, consoles, and hazers as assigned by senior technician.
• Prep new equipment to be sold as per company guidelines.
• Provide product customer support.
• Prepare and keep records pertaining to labor, equipment, and materials used in assigned projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication skills. Able to express thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic and repair tools such as a multimeter.
• Basic understanding of electricity.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• MS Office Suite proficiency. (Excel, and Word)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in the use, and maintenance of moving lights, consoles, hazers.
• A desire to be a part of the entertainment industry.
• A passion for helping people.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
