POSITION SUMMARY:
The Treatment Coordinator at A+ Family Dentistry is a key member of the team, working closely with our Doctors, Hygienists, Office Manager and team members to ensure a dynamic and memorable patient experience. We need someone confident in their sales abilities and interested in longterm growth in their career, we will train you in the Dentistry field to succeed in this position! This role is responsible for the closing or assisting in the closing of treatment plans generated by the doctor. The Treatment Coordinator takes responsibility for the entire patient base and works toward having no patients with incomplete treatment plans.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
-Create a positive, non-judgmental, and memorable experience for each patient
-Accurately and Efficiently calculate the patients’ copay for their treatment plans according to the office’s financial policy and their dental benefits.
-Closes or assists in the closing of the patients on their treatment plans and gets them started on treatments.
-Follow up frequently with patients with outstanding treatment plans and get them closed or back on the schedule to see the Doctors or Hygienists. Accurately record follow up notes in our CRM so relationships can be nurtured.
-Inspire patients to follow through with their recommended treatment and commit to continuing care
-Accurately and Efficiently record the administrative tasks of the Treatment Coordinator so the patients’ finance record can be easily seen
-Work with the team to get the schedule filled productively
-All other related administrative tasks as assigned
-Gather patient testimonials and online reviews
-Promote the company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to patients and potential team members

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-High school diploma (Required)
-5 years of Sales & Customer Service experience (Required)
-Ability to pass a criminal background check, (Required)
-Minimum 5yrs of general dental experience, (Preferred)
