Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and orders in an organized manner
Keep track of cash drawer and prepare cash reports
Assist with processing orders and managing inventory
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the building supply industry preferred, but not required
