Tally's Dockside was established in 1939 in White Bear Lake, MN. Tally’s is a multifaceted business, Boat Rental, Marina, Tiki Bar and a Restaurant located on the shores of White Bear Lake. We are professional, innovative, fun and our goal is to Grow, and provide an exceptional Customer Experience.
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for managing Tally's Dockside daily waterfront operations and overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the property. They will be responsible for monitoring the boat rental, online reservations, Tiki Bar, Patio, marina, assist with kitchen oversight, guest customer service and employee management. The right candidate will have a background in working in a fast paced environment, entertainment understanding and ability to adapt and change. This position reports directly to ownership.

Salary: $47,542.00 - $50,539.00 per year
