Job Description - Construction Fabricator
Modular Building fabricator in Canton MI requires a fabricator for multi-task work, both job-site installations and plant manufacturing work. Previous carpentry, mechanical, light electrical skills helpful and all around shop skills required. Opportunity for advancement to working supervisor is available for the right person. Previous project supervisory skills desirable. We are willing to train the right candidate. Job requires a combination of shop work and on-site travel by company vehicle and air, mostly US locations. Attention to detail, good work ethic and attitude important. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass US government security background checks.
Salary and Benefits: Starting hourly wage to be determined upon skill level. Health, dental, life, disability and accidental death plans are offered after 90 days. Paid vacation, holidays, and limited number of sick days. Participation in a 401K plan with employer matching. Annual bonuses dependent/based on profitability and individual performance.
