Head Chef/Kitchen Manager for lively and fun summer camp kitchen. Use your own recipes to put together menus, order food and supplies, manage inventories, schedule support staff, home cook and bake for 50 residential staff of mostly young people. Serve weekly: 6 breakfasts and sack lunches, and 5 dinners. Add 100 children for dinner on Thursday evenings and breakfast and lunch on Fridays, for the campers who spend the one-night-a-week overnight. Kitchen experience and a love of cooking and baking are preferred, collaborative team leadership is a must.
