HOUSTON, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - Family in Southgate is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER for their 3-year-old triplet boys. Spanish speaking is preferred since the children are in a Spanish immersion program and have had Spanish-speaking nannies in the past. One of the children has recently been diagnosed with mild Autism that is mostly unnoticed. Hours are 7 am -10 am, then 12:30 - 5 pm. 1 child is in school from roughly 8:30 am - 12, and the other 2 are in a Spanish Immersion school from 8 am - 3 pm.
The perfect candidate is willing to travel with the family and be flexible for occasional date nights or weekends. The family will be traveling to The Hamptons for 8 weeks in June and July and would like the nanny to accompany them during this time. Duties include getting the kids ready in the mornings, and evenings, making breakfast, packing lunches and snacks helping with laundry and dishes, picking up after the kids, and keeping the boy's space clean(their room, bedding, bathroom, etc). The family has a housekeeper who comes regularly for deep cleaning. The candidate needs to be comfortable with swimming and be a strong swimmer. The family house in The Hamptons has a pool.
Mom works from home and dad works out of the home. The family is not expecting someone to take all 3 kids out by themselves and would be tag teaming with a parent or grandparent. The grandparents live close and are around often. The grandmother is currently going through cancer treatment and is immune compromised. The nanny needs to be germ-conscious and open to the concept of masking on occasion during surges of illness or occasional covid testing.
The nanny would be able to use the family SUV to drive the boys around when needed. Passport preferred or willing to get one. The perfect candidate will be professional, discrete, organized, can go with the flow, and have experience with multiples.
Benefits include a $1000 relocation stipend for out-of-town/state candidates + PTO + holidays + sick days. Pay is $25-$30/hr gross with the potential for bonuses. Candidate must be willing to sign an NDA. Start date is late April/early May.
