DALLAS, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Busy family in Lakewood is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER who loves animals for their 2 daughters, ages 10 and 13. Hours are 10 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday. Duties include running errands, cooking for the children, light cleaning, driving the daughters to and from school and activities, helping with laundry, grocery shopping, keeping a food/home inventory, and caring for the household animals. There are 2 dogs, 1 cat (needs injections every 8 hours), and 1 Guinea pig in the home. The candidate must be comfortable with animals and have the ability to give medications to the family cat who has a heart condition. Experience with a diabetic animal or in animal care would be a bonus. Mom is more than willing to teach an animal lover how to care for the cat. The nanny would need to have their own vehicle and the family will pay for gas/reimbursement at the Federal rate. Needs to be comfortable with driving in the Dallas and Plano area.

The family is seeking a candidate who is energetic, a safe driver, reliable, kind, and has a strong work ethic. The children are Montessori educated and the family values kindness and responsibility. Both children do their own laundry, make breakfast and lunch, and are capable of cooking a full meal for the family and doing the dishes. Mom works in a hybrid role in and out of the home.

The 10-year-old is currently in school In Plano from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm and the 13-year-old dances ballet in the mornings and goes to school from 11:30 am - 2:45 pm in Plano. On the rare occasion that mom travels for work, she would like the nanny to have the flexibility to stay back and care for children and pets overnight or stay back and care for the pets while the family travels.

Candidate must sign an NDA. The family has no vaccination preference at this time. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $25-30.
