Warehouse Packing & Deboss Machine Operator
Compensation: $16 per hour $500 work and stay bonus. If you are hired as an associate in good standing you will receive $500 signing bonus after the 90 day trial period.

Winston Collection, LLC is looking for a new team member! We are based in Rochester Hills, MI. Easy exit and entry to I-75 and M-59.
We distribute, manufacture, and wholesale leather goods, accessories and gift items primarily to the golf industry. Our customer base is 3,000 strong and growing. As our business grows there will be room for growth within our team of associates that show drive initiative and desire to help us improve. Any Golf knowledge would be very helpful but not required.
We are looking for an associate who has a great attitude, works well with others, can take direction, and is detail-oriented. This is a fast paced environment so accuracy combined with speed is essential for your success.
We are an all hands-on deck team that works together!
Picking, packing and fulfillment will be the main focus of this position.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) or part-time position with the potential to become a full-time position for the right candidate. The approximate shift is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
The associate will be responsible for but not limited to:
-Preparing / Packing orders up for shipment
-Prepping and debossing an assortment of leather golf accessories.
-Order fulfillment (Pulling the correct items from the shelving to complete an order)
-Inspecting the quality and accuracy of finished items ready for shipment.
-Organize & Restock items in the warehouse
-Help with periodic cycle counts of inventory levels
-***Must be detail-oriented and organized***
Ideal candidates have the following qualities:
-Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
-Learns quickly and able to apply knowledge to work independently
-Keyboard and computer aptitude is necessary (QuickBooks Experience is a plus but not required)
-Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent time management and prioritization skills
-Asks a lot of questions until they understand something 100%
-Works well with others / on a team / helpful towards others
-Honest/ethical
-Hard-working
-Good written and verbal communication skills / professional behavior
-Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
-Golf knowledge is not required but can be helpful
-Must be able to differentiate a minimum of 42 colors and multiple material types.
-Must have reliable transportation and be on time!
