This position is critical, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
Technical Skills
Ability to run Generic Office Software
Ability to assemble baked goods
Ability to use commercial kitchen equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and food scales
Ability to lift objects of 50lbs or less
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to use cleaning and sanitation chemicals
Communication Skills
Ability to use body language to express positive emotions, such as smiling and using eye contact
Ability to effectively manage tone when speaking
Character Skills
Ability to manage time, and show up when you agree to work
Ability to be trustworthy, and manage company resources such as time, registers, and commercial equipment
Ability to listen and speak to guests and team members in a positive, hospitable attitude
Ability to work within a team, and manage expectations and commitments
Ability to communicate both needs and questions to leadership
Ability to receive direction from leaders for daily tasks
Ability to articulate and manage emotions while on the clock
Ability to accept both positive and constructive feedback
Ability to adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including workplace and food safety
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: Up to $14.00 per hour
