The Swimming Swan is hiring Full-Time, Seasonal Lifeguards for the Moreno Valley Ranch Community Association pool. No experience necessary! We’re looking for people who love being outdoors, learning lifesaving skills, and working with a team and their community.

We offer 50% reimbursement on all certification courses for new hires.
$200 Hiring Bonus: qualify with a full season of work (Summer 2023)

DETAILS
Seasonal Full-Time: May 26th - September 4th
Up to 30-40 hours a week (part-time also available)
Pool Hours: 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
2 shifts daily
Morning Shift 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Afternoon Shift 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM

We are an E-Verify participating employer. Upon hire, applicants may be subject to a background check and/or drug test per facility requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ages 16+
Ability to complete and pass an ARC or equivalent Lifeguard certification
Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test
Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicable
Strong customer service background preferred
