We're looking for lifeguards to work at Private Events throughout Palm Springs and Riverside County. Private Events may include backyard pool parties, private rentals of a local pool/pool facility, corporate parties, and any other circumstance where lifeguards may be needed.

We are an E-Verify participating employer. Upon hire, applicants may be subject to a background check and/or drug test per facility requirements.

BONUSES:
$150 NEW HIRE BONUSES 50% Reimbursement for Lifeguard Training and participation in our certification courses for all new hires*.
Gas reimbursement (upon agreement) of $0.65 to the gallon.
This position is primarily seasonal (Memorial Day - Labor Day 2023) with the potential to continue year-round pending demand.
Ideal applicants are self-motivated, have at least 1 year of lifeguarding experience, and have access to reliable transportation. All Private Event Lifeguards are responsible for providing their own equipment and transportation unless otherwise specified. Necessary equipment includes a lifeguard rescue tube, CPR face mask/seal easy, First Aid kit, swimsuit, sunglasses, etc.

*Need certifications? We offer 50% reimbursement on all certification courses after 45 days or 1 season of employment (minimum 1 shift weekly).

QUALIFICATIONS:
18+ years old minimum.
Current and valid ARC or equivalent certification including but not limited to Lifeguard, CPR First Aid, and AED.
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
Access to a reliable vehicle.
Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test.
Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicable.
All applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testing.
1+ year lifeguard experience required.
Flexible schedule required.
Strong customer service background preferred.
