First-time parents are seeking a LIVE-IN/OUT NANNY for their newborn baby girl due 5/16. The family has a Newborn Care Specialist who will be with them for the first month or so and this position will be to help the family long-term. Duties include caring for the baby, doing the baby’s laundry, picking up after the baby, helping empty the dishwasher, and cleaning bottles. The family will be staying in Richmond temporarily from January - March of 2024, then they will be back in Alexandria. Hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends with advanced notice. 

Mom is due 5/16, however, she currently has Gestational Diabetes and is monitoring her health. The live-in accommodations include a private bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The family has 1 cat and a small dog that will not need care. 

Both parents have hybrid roles(partially working from home) and are visible in the community. The family will need a nanny who is kind, open-minded, and tolerant of all people. 

Candidate must be up to date on all vaccines and willing to sign an NDA. Benefits include PTO + sick days. Start date is 6/12. Pay is $25-35/hr
