We are looking to place a DVM Project Director with the Federal Government in Jefferson, AR. The DVM Project Director will be responsible for on-site supervision of all functions of Animal Facility are carried out in an effective manner and shall be a Veterinarian that graduated from a veterinary school accredited by the AVMA’s Council on Education or has a certificate of equivalency – Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG)/(AVMA) or Program for the Assessment of Veterinary Education Equivalence (PAVE)/American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB). The DVM Project Director shall have at least three years of experience directing a large and diverse animal care and/or technical procedures workforce in an Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International (AAALAC) accredited facility and experience in managing Occupational Safety and Health and Quality Management programs.
