We are seeking a Special Events Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion. You are responsible for generating more sales and events for the Country Club.

Responsibilities:

Managing all event inquiries new and existing in a timely manner
Coordinate all event activities and personnel
Communicate with upper management on sales and events going on
Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings
Research and identify successful event opportunities
