Job description
We are seeking an entry level sales assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping local customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
***Fully Remote Position*** $2-4k a month commission-based role. Local growing company!
Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries, close on contracts, self-generate additional local clients
• Provide information about Audio / Video products and services
• Schedule clients and audio video engineers based on contract requirements
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We offer Live audio engineering sound reinforcement, karaoke, DJ and wedding event professional coordination, sound system rentals, and lastly sound system installation, maintenance, and repair for four houses of worship and corporate companies.
