The Swimming Swan is excited to begin hiring for Spring and Summer 2023 Seasons. We’re hiring for all positions at the Christopher High School Aquatics Center in Gilroy, California!

Our company is currently seeking to fill a Lifeguard position that is responsible for overseeing the safety of our patrons and preventing accidents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in health and wellness, enjoy working outdoors, be able to pass an ARC (or equivalent) Lifeguard Certification course, and be available to work during the summer season (Memorial Day - Labor Day).

Responsibilities:

Receive CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard training.
Treat life-threatening problems that may arise from recreational activities, the environment, or weather.
Lead and direct other lifeguards.
Use appropriate communication techniques to respond to emergency situations.
Work as part of a team.
Must be at least 15 years old.
