We are looking for a high energy person with excellent communication skills to fill a split role that involves sales and data entry.

We are a well-established small business with a warm, family run atmosphere. Our work environment is relaxed including a relaxed dress code, friendly work environment that promotes personal growth. We are a wholesale/retail supplier in the gift industry. From a sales point you would be primarily dealing with buyers from boutiques, bookstores, museum shops, lifestyle stores etc. Our work hours are Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm with major holidays off. Health Insurance available with company contribution towards premium and paid time off.

Sales Responsibilities:

To reach out to customers, both new and established, to share new products, answer questions and generate sales via phone and email
Follow up leads generated through our website
Maintain spreadsheet with all of your sales related activities, follow ups, catalog mailings

Date Entry Responsibilities:

Answering phones
Entering order
Invoicing outgoing shipments
Customer service
Various other office responsibilities as they come to light

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields/education
Attention to detail
Organized
Ability to build rapport with clients

Pay is $16 to $17 per hour with opportunity to earn commission. We also offer health insurance with company contribution towards premium. Paid holidays and paid time off.
