We are currently looking for Production Associates for our day and afternoon shifts which will be trained in a variety of processes, in our assembly and finishing departments. Experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Schedule 6:00AM - 4:30PM Monday - Thursday/4:00PM - 2:30AM Monday -Thursday
Possible Overtime on Fridays
Production associate will be responsible for production quality, following strict guidelines to ensure quality and safety. Will follow lean manufacturing principles to maintain a high-quality standard and maximize capability and productivity. Cross train in all processes and be able to rotate as needed. Perform repetitive tasks with hands using various hand tools and machinery. Communicate well both verbally and written. Work well as a strong team member and motivate other team members to meet all team objectives. Attention to detail and on target thinking and the ability to problem solve and embrace change. Associate will be sandblasting, building, grinding, and polishing firearms within the prescribed cycle times, to meet the scheduled deadlines. Associate will maintain, clean, and improve the assembly and finishing areas, and perform duties while maintaining a safe work environment.

Good hand dexterity
Familiar with hand tools

Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
