This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for our businesses. The role is also a support role for the ceo, to help him stay organized and on-task as he creates new content to support his clients and potential customers.

Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, and knows how to communicate in an organized and efficient way. Discretion and confidentiality are essential for this position. Our Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our businesses. You aren't expected to know most software applications/systems beforehand, but must be willing to learn, This is a fully remote position with expected working hours of 19 hours weekly.
Job Responsibilities Include:

- Coordinating meeting times and sending calendar invitations
- Reviewing various websites and collecting information into a spreadsheet.
- Proficiency with Google sheets / Excel
