Concrete Foreman
NOW HIRING CONCRETE/HARDSCAPE FOREMAN.
STARTING AT $18-30/ hr dependant on verified experience, with room to grow.
Management or Foreman experienced is not required but is a plus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year concrete finishing experience including edging, floating, troweling, and screeding. We are hiring (1) position for a concrete/hardscape foreman - any masonry, block, or paver work is beneficial but not needed. We do flatwork only, nothing vertical. We generally do not work with rebar. We specialize in outdoor living design and build. Concrete wise, we mostly do broom finish driveways, stamped concrete patios, and the occasional stamped overlay.
If you do not meet the minimum requirements listed above for this position, do not apply for it. In this case, we have (2) laborer positions we are hiring for, we promote from within so you may be able work your way to a foreman and eventually project manager position.
Other requirements
Must be able to lift 85+ pounds regularly.
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AND BE DRUG FREE.
Must have a positive attitude and be willing to work with others daily.
Pay every Friday.
Paid time off after 1 year.
