Job description –PHONE SALES REMOTE -Sponsor Development Sales
PART TIME OR FULL TIME AVAILABLE
Excellent Sales Opportunity- Elevate from a Sponsor Sales Associate and/or Manager into a position as one of two Sales Managers within six to nine months. Top Closers will be rewarded.
Location: Anywhere USA and HOURS: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST/PACIFIC TIME ZONE (or 9 AM to 6 PM PST)
Full Time or Part Time (excellent for a stay-at-home parent to work while children are in school) P/T hours can be3 plus hours a day, at least 4 days per week.

Sell Advertising Space from your home or convenient location. Fund raising background would be helpful to your success, but not required.
OUTGOING-Phone sales experience is highly recommended for success. Cold calls leads are supplied by the company to the sales team.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: for those with a dream to own their own business, the opportunity can evolve into a company ownership role between years four and five.
Total Compensation will be 22% to 30% of all ad revenue you sell. Historical ad sales per rep is $10,000 to $22,000 per month. Income relative to historical sales, range from $2,500 to $7,200 per month. Where do you fit in?
Training Period
1) Start-up Program: First three to six weeks, training period. During this start-up period, you will be paid based on calls made daily. Plus 16% for all sales revenue (ad dollars) sold.

180 Calls Per Day = $1,800 per month guaranteed, plus 16% commission on Sales
150 Calls Per Day = $1,500 per month guaranteed, plus 16% commission on Sales
125 Calls Per Day = $1,250 per month guaranteed, plus 16% commission on Sales
· * No Cap on total earnings during training
· * Paid twice per month on the 3rd and the 18th
· * Minimum Calls for guaranteed call per payment are 80 calls per day
Company Sales Employee (W2)
2) You control your own destiny. Become a company W2 Sales Pro when you graduate from the Training Period:
Those eligible, at the end of the four-to-six-week training period, will be offered a full-time sales position starting at $1,800 per month base, per call monthly bonus, sales commission paid every two weeks, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus targets can earn Excel Bonuses.
Independent Sales Pro (1099)
3) Independent 1099- Sales Development Managers- Manage yourself, excellent opportunity for that disciplined stay-at-home individual that wants to manage themselves. Full Time or Part Time.
a) DAILY and MONTHLY-A minimum of 22.5% of all revenue sold will be earned every two weeks. Higher earnings available from monthly and quarterly bonus plans for those that excel. Total comp for this 1099 sales pro can grow to 27.5% per month of sales closed.,
b) Income potential can increase every six-months based on renewal ad residual income.
· No Cap on commission earnings- sell more, EARN MORE
The ability to create leads, make cold calls, handle rejection and be comfortable developing a relationship over the phone are essential skills needed.
