Elite Enterprise Group is actively looking for members to join our installation team. The ideal candidates would ensure timely completion of residential and agricultural PV solar electric installations and follow the best installation and safety practices. Solar experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided as needed.

Job Duties:
• Handle trenching and concrete work
• Prep layout following Lead’s directions following plan details
• Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment and effectively seal penetrations
• Assist electrician in the completion of the solar installation
• Communicate with customers and office personnel regularly
• Maintain a clean work site and safe working environment
• Properly use Personal Protective Equipment
• Receive and put away inventory
• Troubleshoot problems
• Complete routine maintenance and system checks

Requirements:
• Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle to get to and from project sites
• Must have or be willing to get an apprenticeship license
• Must be able to use power tools daily and lift product and equipment 50LBs +
• Solar experience a plus, but not required
