Looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to assist in running a small company doing business to business sales. Duties include answering phones, text and emails from customers, sending out quotes, following up on quotes, scheduling technicians for jobs including making travel arrangements to jobs, follow up on jobs, sending out invoices as well as marketing.
Can work from home once training is finished. Prefer someone experienced in ACT!/ or some type of CRM would be helpful. As well as proficient in computer skills to help automate systems
QuickBooks necessary. Salary $50-60K.
