We are looking for a small business assistant manager to help us with day to day operations at our family friendly attraction in Annapolis. We are looking for someone to help us manage some new and exciting growth opportunities. In addition, we are looking for someone to help us bridge the seasonal nature of our current team. We are also looking to fill crew positions.
Qualifications: Must be outgoing and able to work as part of a team. Must thrive in a customer service environment. Must love to be outdoors.
Consistend weekend daytime hours are required.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

The job requires you to work together as a team with your fellow pirates to deliver the best product possible. What experience do you have working with teammates?
As part of the job you will be trained to drive a dinghy. You will need to fall into the water multiple times a day and climb back into the dinghy. What experience -physical training or otherwise do you have that would qualify you for this part of the job?
This job will require you to assist with maintenance projects - to include varnish, sanding, engine routine maintenance. Do you have any experience in this field?
The position is seasonal from mid-March to mid October. Hours during the summer months are 8:30 am - 6:30 pm four days a week with weekends required with some flexibility. Spring and fall hours include Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 am - 6:30 pm and two to three days a week for maintenance projects with flexible hours. Does this match your availability?
