Position Title: Restaurant Server/Front House Supervisor/Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Server/Front House Supervisor/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, supervising front-of-house staff, and creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a professional and courteous manner.
• Train and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Create and implement marketing plans and strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Work with team to maintain social media accounts and update website content to promote the restaurant.
• Participate in community events and other marketing opportunities to promote the restaurant.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and ordering.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
