Road's End Farm Horsemanship Camp is a summer overnight camp for girls aged 8 to 17. We are located on 600 acres in Chesterfield, New Hampshire, conveniently located between Keene, NH and Brattleboro, VT. Our program is focused on English riding and horsemanship. All campers and staff participate in horse care and farm chores. We also have an active waterfront at Lake Spofford, where campers swim and canoe. Our camp program is non-competitive, and focused on building strong and confident young people.

We are seeking capable candidates to serve as counselors, riding staff, and/ or waterfront staff. Counselors live in cabins or bunk rooms with campers. Counselors also teach riding, lead trails, lead work duties, and help organize and lead other activities. Counselors must be 18 or older, and have completed either a year of college or a year of employment following high school graduation. You do not need to be a former Road's End Farm camper to apply. You do need to have a love of working with children and animals. Come be part of a great team, helping to deliver an amazing camp program.
