Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and creative individual to join our team as a Program Director. In this role, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our programs and helping students achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate classes and programs that teach students soft skills and job readiness skills
2. Develop curriculum and materials for the programs
3. Assist in fundraising efforts for the non-profit, including managing donor relations
4. Maintain records and track student progress
5. Communicate with students, parents, and other stakeholders about the programs and their benefits
6. Provide support to students and help them develop the skills they need to succeed
Requirements:
1. Strong technology skills and the ability to effectively use technology in the classroom
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. A passion for teaching and helping students succeed
4. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to raise funds for the non-profit and manage current donor relations
Working Hours: Flexible and remote working is an option.
