Inside Sales Assoc. / $19.00 per hour / Full time / Performance-Based Bonus Potential
compensation: $19.00 per hour plus Bonus Potential
Full Time/Flex Schedule, working either:
1. Sunday/Monday & Tuesday/Thursday (off Wed, Fri, Sat): 10 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk ...That is 3 days off per week!
Or:
2. Sunday - Thursday; 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/week .... You decide!

Must possess the following skill set or attributes for our fast-paced environment:
1. Can type more than 25 wpm
2. Organized approach to problem solving
3. Common-sense approach to task completion & prioritization; recognizes the difference between what is "fun" to work on versus the triage of assigned tasks
4. Can manage incoming calls & assignments concurrently
5. Very good written & verbal communication skills
6. Pleasant and respectful demeanor with co-workers & customers
7. Customer-service oriented phone demeanor, with good voice skills
8. Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Internet
9. Basic arithmetical skills
Seeking mature-minded, patient & friendly individual with common sense & whose focus is:
1. On developing their career skill-sets - not focused on just a paycheck
2. On the company bottom line & doesn't believe their mobile phone needs to be readily nearby to check-in on social media and texts throughout the day.
3. Maintaining alignment with the best interests of the company
4. Being a team player and not introducing drama
