We are seeking a Retail Associate to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products to customers
Monitor store inventory to ensure shelves are properly stocked
Use POS system to ring customer orders
Learn barista functions and how to prepare various coffee drinks using ( espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc)
Balance cash drawer at closing
Keep retail space clean during work hours
Monitor restrooms periodically to maintain cleanliness.
Package finished products when needed

Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform basic math functions.
