We enjoy watching our staff create lesson plans that encompass the early learning standards (Social & Emotional, Language, Math and Science) for all of our young Goddard minds.
Encouraging young minds to flourish in our premiere preschool for children 6wks to 6yrs is not the only reward. You become more than just a teacher. You become an extended part of the family.
The ideal canidate should have at least a 2yr degree in the Education, Psychology, or Human Service field or 1 year of paid child care experience.

Our Lead and Assistant Teachers work together to:
Develop & Implement creative lesson plans (Teaching Strategies) to meet the individual's needs of the children
Participate in monthly staff meetigs & Complete professional development
Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children develop self-esteem and social skills.
Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
Present expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level
Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
