Our company is hiring Project Managers to generate, oversee and communicate with our team and customers on their storm restoration projects. The key attributes a good project manager can have are: great personal time management, motivated by money and life goals, ability to take personal rejection and turn it into a good interaction, someone who is articulate and well spoken who also has the ability to remember key phrases we will show you. We're looking for responsible and motivated Project Managers who can quickly pick up on a few key topics about the industry, as this is a pretty simple concept to get behind with huge potential to invest in the rest of your life!

We do offer paid training for qualified candidates. This position is 100% commission and bonus based after paid training ends.

Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads
Attend inspections and adjustments
Convert leads into sales
Use of CRM to manage jobs
Collection of payments
Follow up for reviews
Attend team building and industry trainings
Attend once a week team meeting

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Full-time preferred)
Earning potential: $45k+ part time - $80k-$250k+ full time per year
